OfisOs is a business management platform — accounting, invoicing, CRM, projects and related modules — provided as a web service by the operator identified in the Impressum.
OfisOs is currently in early access. Features may change, be added or removed, and availability is provided on a best-effort basis without a service-level guarantee. We recommend keeping copies of critical business records until the service reaches general availability. These terms will be replaced by a full subscription agreement before paid plans open.
Data you enter into your workspace remains yours. We process it only to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy, and you can request an export or deletion of your data at any time.
You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to other workspaces or the underlying systems, or to disrupt the service for others.
During early access the service is free of charge. Published prices are indicative of planned subscription tiers; no payment is collected until paid plans launch with their own terms and notice.
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" during early access, without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, and liability for indirect or consequential damages is excluded. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.
These terms are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is the registered seat of the operator, subject to mandatory statutory venues.
