Privacy policy

Last updated 7 July 2026. This policy follows the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Who is responsible

The controller for personal data processed on this website and in the OfisOs service is:

Operator

Legal entity — registration details to be published

Registered address — to be published

UID — to be published

Contact mailbox — being set up, published here shortly

Where your data lives

OfisOs runs on servers located in Germany (EU), operated for us by Contabo GmbH as hosting provider. Data is not transferred outside Switzerland or the EU/EEA for processing.

What we collect

  • Data you enter. When you set up an office — a company name, industry and module selection — and any business records you create in your workspace. This data is stored to provide the service and for no other purpose.
  • Email address (with your consent). If you submit your email in the signup form on the landing page, we store the address and the time of submission so we can contact you about OfisOs. It is sent in the request body only (never in URLs or access logs), is not shared with anyone, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
  • Technical logs. Our web server records IP address, browser type and request time for security and reliability. Logs are kept briefly and are not used for profiling.
  • Local browser storage. Your theme preference (light/dark) is kept in your browser's local storage. This is not a cookie and is never sent to us.

What we don't do

  • No analytics or tracking cookies — this site sets no cookies at all.
  • No third-party scripts, fonts or CDNs — everything is served from our own domain.
  • No advertising, no sale or sharing of data with third parties.

Legal basis

We process data to provide the service you request (Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR), based on your consent for the signup email (Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR, withdrawable at any time), and to keep the service secure and reliable (legitimate interest, Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR). Processing complies with the principles of the revised FADP.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to or restrict its processing. Contact us using the details above and we will respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or your local supervisory authority.

Changes

We will update this policy as the service evolves — for example when accounts, payments or additional processors are introduced — and note the date of the latest revision at the top of this page.
